Rough area. Son was nearly robbed on the way into the hotel. Room was up 5 flights of stairs and many walkways. Room was dirty. Bedside table had no drawers. Wardrobe was full of junk. Bathroom was not clean. Wouldn't have a shower in that. We're initially booked for a three night stay but left after one night.

I am very happy I decided to stay at Hotel Citystay.

Disliked: the room was filthy , the sink and shower was filthy, the toilet seat was broken, wardrobe was falling apart and had no hangers , there was no tea and coffee facilities only a filthy kitchen with no cups , the whole house stunk of curry i could go on

Liked: The location was close to the underground rail station
Disliked: the bed has a hole in the flooring so it dipped in and was uncomfortable the bed frame also had expose pins that injured me. the toilet had a black stain at the bottom
