Disliked: I had an allergic reaction on my skin due to the hotel sheets. After check out I had to visit the doctor. It was really bad. They should look at the processes of cleaning their linen.

Excellent rooms which are compact....

Liked: Easily walks from Zurich HB train station.

Very comfortable and convenient with...

Liked: Ideal location for the Kaufleuten where I was attending a concert - a 5-minute walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I particularly liked the roof terrace where I’d planned to have a drink after the show but in the event I watched the second half of the women’s Euros semifinal, but I’ll bear the terrace in mind if I go to the Kaufleuten again. The room was extremely comfortable and I appreciated all the cupboard space, very rare these days, even though I didn’t need it.
Disliked: Whilst the dinner was fine, it was a little bland and very expensive, but I’m being picky.
