Disliked: No air conditioning, asked as reception three times for a fan and was told each time they’d see if they can find one and get back to me, never did. Finally got a fan on my final night after two nights struggling to sleep in 30 degree heat

Unpleasant. Room was too hot...

Liked: The room was clean even if it was smelly.
Disliked: The room was supposed to have a fan and kettle. It didnt have either. The kettle was provided eventually but no fan even tough they kept promising but I knew it was never going to be provided. The guy said i will get one the next day as it was too late (i arrived after midnight). The next day the lady said when a guest checks out they will give me their fan. But this was at 3pm so everyone who was going to check out would have already checked out. She kept promising but the fan never came. I couldnt open the window as my room was facing alser strasse station with lots of cars.

Liked: Great price, relatively close to the city center.
Disliked: 24/7 Noise from the metro nearby. No wi-fi in the rooms, only in the lobby.
