Good

Liked: The location is the hotel's main strength, being about a 15-minute walk from Stephansplatz (the Cathedral) and about 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station. Breakfast has a wide selection of sweet and savory options and is served in a modern and comfortable setting. The reception is open 24 hours a day and the staff is generally friendly and helpful; Ahmed in particular deserves praise for his thoughtfulness.
Disliked: The hotel rooms should be renovated, and the carpet removed as it is a receptacle for dust and mites. It would not hurt to have a kettle in each room with coffee and tea powder. The wireless network simply does not connect if you are in rooms far from the router. The daily cost of parking (€31) is high. The hotel does not have its own gym but has an agreement with a nearby gym, which however costs €12 for each entry.

Mediocre - not worth the...

Liked: Really not worth the price. We booked a double room and had two twin beds pushed together. The room was small and no homely extras included. Breakfast was ok but nothing to brag about. Staff were friendly.

Liked: The stuff was super friendly and helpful. The location was very good. Good breakfast and a variety of choices.
Disliked: I felt it was a bit pricey for what it was plus it’s old and not renovated.

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good. It is within walking distance to the center and close to all kinds of transportation. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was very nice but variety could be increased.
