No-thrill hotel, clean and good lobby. Value for money could be better though

Disliked: Staff was not helpful: Although I was lying in my room with COVID, the staff denied to bring some breakfast up to the room - in the end I had to go down and mingle with the other guests.

Good central location with friendly & helpful staff.

Liked: Location was was very good. Bed was comfortable and firm. Staff were friendly & helpful. It was great that I could leave my luggage there after my check out time. Happy with room rate.
Disliked: Room 221 - Bathroom had mold on ceiling and water leaked on floor after shower. I found a moldy sandwich in the desk draw obviously left from the previous guest - evidence cleaners do not check this & thus not doing a thorough clean in between guests. Coffee was not of usual Italian standard. Breakfast selection was minimal standard. On your website and other sites the Hotel has a four star rating. I would rate it as a 3 star. A tourist map of the city would have been great
