Good

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location, great (large) bed and shower. Breakfast is simple and effective and the room/hotel is very clean.
Disliked: No complaints at all, but my room didn't have air conditioning so it could get hot.

Good location, but the price...

Liked: The location was good and the staff were nice and friendly.
Disliked: The rooms didn’t have air con. They have “coolers” on request. There is bad noise insulation and one can hear when people on the same floor talk in the corridor, or when they leave their rooms and slam the doors.

Superb

Liked: Rooms were comfortable and it was quiet for being in the middle of a busy neighborhood.
Disliked: Not a dealbreaker for us, but English was very limited with hotel stuff. Very friendly, but helpful to know if that's important for other travelers.

Good

Absolute erfection!

Liked: Building and interior design to absolute perfection, including wonderful balconies to every room with great views (also leaving us smokers with a perfect alternative). Noise reduction windows. Beautiful central area. Lovely personal - simply luxury in any way!Also a very intelligent approach towards customer service in order to keep prices as low as possible, which means that they offer all kind of extra facilities, such as hair dryers, irons, shaving kit, etc, etc..you just have to order it from the front desk. In that way they of course save money for maintenance on equipment that eventually wouldn’t been used anyway if it was placed all around in every room.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything

Pleasant

Liked: Condesa is a very nice neighbourhood!
Disliked: No air conditioning in the summer! The air cooler makes too much noise. There is also a lot of noise from the street and ongoing works in the hotel.

Amazing hotel, super happy with...

Liked: My room was sooooo good! It was crazy spacious (I could lay down a whole single bed in the bathroom alone and still be comfortable; good-sized balcony, king-size bed, fridge, smart TV, all the amenities etc).Staff were sooo good! One member of staff (male, white, slim, nicely-shaven hair, snake-shaped ring) was particularly helpful with my flight hiccup - thanks again so much! This hotel is super cool. Make sure you book it if you want a pleasant stay in Mexico City!
Disliked: Pillow quality could be improve; there should be a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
