Absolutely terrible

Disliked: The hotel was extremely poor.On arrival, the key card to the door was not working, so I was eventually let in manually.The lights to the room were not working, so I had to sit in the dark, stuffy, hot room whilst they tried to fix the key card issue.The lift wasn’t working so I had to carry my 30kg bag up 4 flights of stairs.There was also an awful smell in the hotel.This was not somewhere I was able to stay so found alternative accommodation.Wrote to the hotel requesting a refund due to how poor the hotel was with no response.
