Pleasant stay. Would stay again

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Ground floor room let a lot of light in from hallways around doorway and ground floor had a lot of noise around that echoed.

Liked: Good location to city
Disliked: Convenient to where I was going and close to family

Comfortable and friendly

Liked: The room and balcony were spacious and the location was good. It is an easy 2 min walk to the Buranda bus and train station and an easy walk to the supermarket and shops at Buranda village and also to Stones Corner. The staff on reception were friendly, the wifi was good and the rooms felt secure. Checking in after hours was easy.
Disliked: There was no hot water for a shower on my second day until the problem was fixed around 9am Another negative was the lack of toilet paper on arrival - I bought my own as I arrived after hours.
