Liked: I was pleased with the hotel's location (close to my work meeting place), the cleanliness of the room, and the superb customer service both on the phone and in person. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at your hotel.
Disliked: Having an extended help desk presence would be beneficial. It would be helpful to have someone who can assist with providing an extra towel or clarifying any queries.

Liked: Well located to shops and quick access to the city. Nice quiet location. Easy to order a taxi.
Disliked: Even though it has ben given a fresh coat of paint, it is a little tired.
