Beautiful property with unique modern...

Liked: Fantastic staff. Everyone.we met was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room furnishings were first class and the restaurants’ food was excellent.
Disliked: The air conditioning system did not seem to work right. When we arrived, the room was almost uncomfortably cold, but during the night, it got quite warm and the AC controller did not react when I tried to reset it to a cooler temp. My wife and I both had problems sleeping because of the high room temp.

Liked: I didn't like anything about the hotel. The room smelt gross and the bed bugs well was not acceptable at all. This really detured me from chicoutimi
