Liked: Very helpful staff; very clean; lovely cityscape view; great location.
Disliked: Key cards weren't working properly and had to be re-keyed, but there was someone always at the front desk so it was only a slight inconvenience.

Convenient location, room was good,...

Liked: Great location, comfortable beds and linens, lots of space in the room and a nice view.
Disliked: Front desk is not prepared for large groups checking in at once, if you are like us, and arrived with a bus load of other guests well you are out luck. Checkout wasn't any better, there only a hand full of folks inline, same amount of staff, two in this case, still it took us 20 min to get out of there. Regarding house keeping, our room was serviced twice in four nights. We sleep in when on vacation, so we don't exit the room until around 11 am or 12 pm, seems if you miss the early window to be out by 9 am you don't get your room cleaned. I called twice, plus spoke personally to one of the staff servicing another room. Still we had to ask for clean towels when we returned to our room. Lastly no vending machine or snack options available, at least none that I saw. I mean something for the late night nibbles? Nothing Uber eats couldn't solve but a little option on property woulda been nice.

This is an excellent hotel...

Liked: Most staff were excellent and eager to help. I took down one point because of one staff who ignored my request. Also we liked that we could spend the destination fee ($25) on a lot of things. We got salad from the hotel's bar. We also liked that Yolk, an excellent restaurant, could be accessed from the hotel.
Disliked: On one hand, a microwave that we requested was brought to our room quickly. On the other hand, the turntable didn't work, so it heated the middle only.

Liked: Walking distance to a ton of stuff. CoolView of the water.
Disliked: The pictures make it seem like the rounded condos/parking are part of the hotel. There were several towels that were dirty/stains.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds! Staff very helpful! Location great for the Merchandise Mart!
Disliked: I was at the merchandise mart but got so lost trying to navigate the hotel especially when I was trying to find the skywalk and ended up in the “mechanical” long hall of the building and couldn’t get back out so had to walk all the way back trying to carry my bags and in pain! Fortunately a very sweet cleaning lady helped me get to the skywalk!
