It’s not worth the price

Disappointing
Disliked: Window on the ceiling of the room (3rd floor) that passes through daylight the entire time. Impossible to hide it and the light is directly above the bed. Very uncomfortable

Excellent Staff, but Hotel Needs...
Liked: Location is excellent — right in downtown Montreal, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s a lively area, perfect for walking around and exploring the city.
Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel, we encountered some issues. We were first taken to a nice suite, but unfortunately, the air conditioning broke down. Because of that, we had to change rooms.The front desk staff, particularly a very young man who assisted us, was extremely kind, polite, and patient. He even came up to our room and tried to fix the air conditioning himself. Once he realized it couldn’t be repaired, he immediately brought us the key to a new suite. That day was extremely hot, so we really appreciated his quick response.There is no air conditioning in the hallways, which made things uncomfortable, but the reception area smelled nice and looked clean.The biggest issue with the hotel was the breakfast. It was very poor in protein. The only sources of protein available were a single type of cheese, milk, and yogurt — no eggs, ham, or any hot dishes to go with the bread. This was disappointing.Another point to note: parking is not included and must be paid for daily.
