Great, but and update needed

Liked: Nice idea and probably was a fabulous site, however it is dated.The beds were very comfortable (the sofa bed was awful)The pools were great funStaff responsive to our concerns
Disliked: Sofa bed was very uncomfortable Dated and some areas unavailable

Very disappointed, take away those...

Disliked: The rug was very dirty, we were in the area as of 1:00pm, they said they would call us when the room would be ready, we called twice pm, it wasn’t ready finally around 5:00 told us to come before 6:00 not to loose the room! The second day, the room was NOT maid, had to reuse towels, NO glasses or cups and NO coffee. Very disappointed

Disliked: "private entrance" translates to "next to family pool" the executive suite is a three level split (pretty but impractical).Shower barely working

Liked: Amenities are fun for children, including game room, pool, playground and animals.
Disliked: Hotel is dated.

Disliked: the ac wasnt working and i told them but they didnt send anyone and also the view is not nice for the price
