Great place to explore Turin
Liked: Perfect location right in the city center, helpful and accommodating staff, older hotel equipment, photos are accurate, minibar, air conditioning. Standard breakfast, good coffee. Lunch and dinner available. TOP is parking right at the hotel.
Disliked: The elevator was not working, the staff helped with the suitcases to the floor

Hotel with Fantastic location
Liked: Perfect location in the heart of the center (walking distance for many sotes) with an excellent restaurant (breakfast was perfect too). Very kind and attentive staff. Spacious rooms and all extras included.
Disliked: Traveling with my young son, we were in bed by 22:00. Our room was just above the restaurant. It was noisy until midnight unfortunately.

Wonderful and charming and just...
Liked: The breakfast was awesome. And the location was perfect in that it was close to all the sites, but quiet at night. And the staff from beginning to end were super super lovely.
