Disappointing

Disliked: When we booked this back in May I had asked for an early check in and contacted the property many times to ensure this. Out of the entire hotel they could not find one queen room for me until 2:45 when check in was at 3:00. Very disappointed I have stayed here many times and would hope with the ask months ago we could have checked in early since we had been driving since 4:00 AM. The front desk lady Vicky I believe was rude and not helpful AT ALL. Then after we checked in we had to listen to a dog barking for hours......

Liked: Our room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I felt like a facility as new as this seemed could have been a little cleaner. Also, we did not use the kitchen for meals, but there was only one bowl, three dinner plates, three dessert plates, no spoons, no regular glasses and one butter knife. The capacity for this room is four. This seemed a little odd for a room with a kitchen. Parking was $15 a night and wasn't super clear. We also had some difficulty locating the parking and front desk from our directions. All in all, we would probably stay here again if we were in the area, these are just some things that should be addressed.
