Great hotel, great location, great...

Liked: Staff great, Beds great, facilities excellent, plenty of towels, clean beyond, hot water always, and so so much more
Disliked: No good restaurant at the hotel and no room service. That was fine but would have preferred to have this available.

Great location, small rooms

Liked: Bathroom was very nice, room was very small. There was a window that opened. Check out was noon, which was nice for us. The neighborhood was great! A ton of choices for restaurants right around the corner, close to Plains of Abraham, Citadel, easy walk through the St. Louis gate to Old Town.
Disliked: The coffee maker was difficult to use. The only water available was tap water unless you traveled down to the lobby to use a machine for water which I didn't see until we were leaving. Additional coffee (or wine) was available to buy from a machine in the lobby. Restaurant only offered a typical hotel type buffet for $25 which seemed expensive. Staff spoke English and was very friendly and helpful.
