Great location and good value...
Liked: Excellent location! Great for exploring the city, very central and close to pretty much all major attractions. The building is beautiful, and the rooms are basic, but clean and and comfortable. They also have parking and free breakfast - a great bonus!
Disliked: A few very minor things (1) front desk stuff may want to let customers know that their wifi password is in a binder in the room. I had to bother the concierge for it because I didn't know where to find it. the Concierge was annoyed with me (2) The building is old, so the sounds travel very well through the rooms. Good to keep in mind when you are traveling as a couple:)

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past few years, and my last stay was as pleasurable as the previous ones. The staff is amazing (professional, caring, and helpful); the location is great (centrally located -- so one can walk; and bus and metro lines are also very close); and the room is cosy and clean. Simply great ! I would stay there again without hesitation !!

Charming stay at a great...
Liked: Breakfast was simple, but very good each morning. The staff were wonderful.
Disliked: The rooms are small and the staircase is tight. However, this is an old building near downtown?there is nothing to be done about expanding the room sizes. We thought the room arrangement made the absolute best of the size. There was a small seating area, a place to stash our bags, and of course the bed. The bathroom was truly the smallest part. Tiny. But again, the best was made of the situation.
