Liked: Location, staff, room with a view towards the river overlooking that park, breakfast were all wonderful. The staff helped my husband and I with our luggage up the steps to the front door, they were so on the ball. We liked that we could help ourselves to coffee, tea or juice too. Would love to stay with them again.
Disliked: Just a small thing really - we are used to a very firm mattress and these were a bit softer than we would like. I am sure most people would love them however.
