Disliked: The rooms were small and a bit claustrophobic, but we were lucky and got a balcony, that helped a lot. Other than that, everything was very good.

Liked: Location was really good, it’s near St Lazare metro station and lots of bus stops, restaurants around.
Disliked: The staff required all the guests to give them the key of the room whenever we leave the hotel which is kind of weird to me. Especially when the safe is not working. Felt unsecured with my stuffs left in the room while they keep the key.

Liked: I really loved the kindness of the staff. The location is perfect, I reached every main attraction by feet. The room was a bit small but still comfortable, clean and everything works perfectly.

Disliked: Cleaner came in in the morning when we were still sleeping, no sign to put on the door saying no cleaning please

Disliked: The room, too small for three adults and the bathroom/shower was dangerous trying to get in it, the mosquito situation was unbearable, getting bit constantly, obviously the nets are not working, asked for a better room but was told this was the only one for three people but looking at pictures on the website there definitely was bigger rooms

Liked: Very close to Gare St Lazare. Lots of buses too nearby. Nice, friendly staff. Comfy beds. Quiet location. We had a compact triple room. There was everything we needed for our stay.
