A great place to stay...

Liked: The location was excellent, right in the centre of the old town, close to everything. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. It had a couch as well as a table and two chairs. Coffee was always available in the reception area. Unfortunately the tea provided was a very poor selection with no straightforward black tea. We didn't use the breakfast.
Disliked: Despite putting out the make up my room sign each day the room was never serviced in the four days we were there. We don't need someone to make the bed or change the towels but the rubbish bin was overflowing by the time we left and the floor needed sweeping. The bathroom should have been cleaned in that time also. We saw the cleaning staff on the floor but they did not enter our room. This was our only disappointment with the hotel.

Liked: Convenient location (With private parking) in Old Quebec. Wonderful breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing.
