Hotel was comfortable , clean...

Liked: Very central, clean & comfortable. Staff friendly & very helpful . Breakfast was good value

3 nights in Lille

Liked: Extremely friendly staff and very central for everything. A short walk from the Eurostar station. I would definitely stay there again if in Lille
Disliked: No lounge area. Paper cups in the bedrooms but we'd read this before and took our own cups with us.

Disappointed with welcome at the...

Liked: Breakfast and the room
Disliked: The manageress ( blond lady) was quite impatient and unpleasant. I believe as manageress, she is setting a bad example to her staff.No toilet on ground floor.
