Excellent staff, great hotel

Liked: The staff were excellent, very friendly, spoke good English which was very helpful as my french was poor. Was very welcoming and explained where everything was. The room was very warm due to the time of year but we had a fan supplied in the room and they very kindly allowed us to have a second in the room which was a huge help. We was sad to leave due to feeling so happy there. Complimentary tea/coffee sachets supplied in the room and topped up daily along with a room freshen up and clean beds. Water station in reception to keep hydrated. We was leaving late but the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage behind reception at no cost which was secure. 100% would stay again and plan to in the near future.
Disliked: Nothing the stay was excellent.

Liked: The Room was great, the bed was comfortable to sleep in and the breakfast was plentiful and there was lots of choice and the amounts available were always good and fully replenished

Peaceful weekend in a lovely...

Liked: Small but spotless rooms in a great location. I read a lot of references by other guests to the lack of air conditioning, but I actually prefer hotels with windows that open and we slept very well in the quiet room at the back of the hotel. Lovely staff too.
Disliked: It’s fair to say the lift is small and you may end up waiting if trying to get in with luggage but that’s such a minor thing really. Otherwise everything is great.
