Fantastic stay at Chadstone

Liked: The location of the hotel is very close to the Chadstone Shopping Mall; less than 5 mins walk using travelator & roofed walkway. The check in and check out were fast and smooth. The toiletries provided are superb and the bed is super comfortable, totally have a good sleep on it. The staff service were superb as well and it is highly recommended to stay here, it is value for money.
Disliked: If you using taxi it will be okay but since we have rented a car, we have to park at shopping area for a while then so the check in get the hotel card so that we can access to designated area for hotel gueat parking. It is not a big deal because the shoppers car park is free for 4 hours.
