Liked: Booking process was good.
Disliked: Tried to call on route with number provided no answer or response to my message.Arrived at 8.45pm was wet and cold walked in with my bag and said I'm booked in. the person said no you're not. I said yes, I have confirmation. He said the rooms aren't ready you can't stay. I said anywhere is Ok he said no you might be able to find something else around. I was lucky I found a hotel room nearby however this was significantly more expensive..

Disliked: Road noise, but that is the location of the property, so not a negative comment on the actual property
