Great value, great location

Liked: The hotel and rooms are great, the cleaning staff need a bit more training, it was clean, but they take away used towels and water bottles and they don't replace it, I needed to call couple of times about that. Other than that, the staff and hotel was great and the location is excellent. I'll be going back there

Great service and location

Liked: Outstanding service from all the staff. Excellent location, within a short walk of the main sites, the railway station and numerous restaurants and shops. Very clean, bed very comfortable. Despite being right on a busy street, completely quiet due to effective double glazing.
Disliked: The first room I was allocated had a strange layout with no sitting area. When I complained, they moved me to a much nicer one, which even had a bit of a view. It seems that the Junior Suites vary considerably and you should note that if you want a sofa, you should book the Junior Suite with sofabed. The only thing wrong with the room itself was low water pressure in the shower in the otherwise excellent bathroom.
