Liked: Location is good very close to bars and restaurants as well walking distance to El Angel, very clean room.
Disliked: I visit MX twice a year and I have been in many hotels, but this one stand out because visitors are allow till 10 pm and they call you to you room telling you that, however they never disclosure that information on their website or booking.com site. Not even when you checkin. I had very bad experience with one on my colleagues that visited me and he left after 10pm, reception called me right away telling me that I need to pay 400 pesos because my visit passed 10pm. After being on the phone back and forth with the manager because they never explain me or disclosure that information on paper or upon arrival at the end and after very uncomfortable situation we came to the agreement that not charge will be made as an exception for the misunderstanding. I thanked them and suggested to disclosure all the information to the guess in writing and on the website to avoid this unpleasant situations.Also they did not give me the second control remote for the cable until I called them and the last 3 days of my stay the tv has not signal, I reseted more than 3 times and it did not work. I have to play everything on my phone.Out of 10, I recommend this place 3.Cleaning stuff were the most helpful, nice and smily people of the hotel.

A perfect Workation stay for...

Liked: Breakfast was very nice. The location is perfect. Much to eat and see in close prox. The Staff was very nice...the security staff made us feel very much at home and the reception had always a treat awaiting. My kids and husband and I felt very safe. And the BEDS are COMFY!!! Our Suite was perfect. The ease of having a Smart TV made the day smooth the watch Netflix late at night hahahah. It was a great stay and I will come back!
Disliked: The bathroom, because I prefer shower over bathtub, for the ease of getting in and out. But it was good too as I could still soak a bit and it was very clean. The showerhead gave some issues and the toilet flushed a bit weird. The noise of the AC was a bit loud. If possible that the suites get a Microwave and Mini cooler would be better. Oh yes, if the swimmingpool could be heated might be nice too.
