Liked: The location is perfect. It's in a nice safe walkable area. Lots of great places to eat. Tours usually pick you up outside or within a block or two.
Disliked: It's a little on the noisy side. Some hallway, mechanical, and traffic noise in the morning. Then it quiets down some in the afternoon

Great place in Zona Rosa

Liked: This is an amazing location. Perfectly situated in Zona Rosa.
Disliked: The tub is insanely high. And, the sliding door to the balcony never fully closes; there are gaps in the connection even when locked.

Liked: Nice staff and facilities, fairly convenient location too so it was easy enough to walk places and also easy for tour pickups and dropoffs
Disliked: Bathroom doesn't have a fan, which made all surfaces covered in condensation after each shower. A/C was a bit odd to use - no temperature control, just on an off option.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay , it was excellently situated for tours and close to walking street

Liked: Unnecessary paperwork and signatures for each guest
Disliked: The need of a signature for my kids on a paperwork
