Great location and a quiet,...

Liked: The hotel is located right on the main square, which is perfect for exploring Plzeň. My room faced the inner courtyard, so there was absolutely no noise—even with the window open. There’s also an additional inner door in the room, which adds to the sound insulation.The room was clean and relatively spacious. It included a kettle with tea and coffee, a coded safe, and a paid minibar.Breakfast was varied and high-quality, served in a lovely restaurant overlooking the main square—a great way to start the day.
Disliked: In single room the bed was fairly wide, the mattress was quite thin—more suitable for a teenager than a grown adult. A more supportive mattress would really improve the comfort.

Disliked: Parking is the problem. No air circulation inside the room and this make the room Hot and humid. Open window not able to help and cause more noisy from outside street.

Liked: Our experience was overshadowed by terrible customer service. When checking out there was a line at the reception so i asked if we could leave our keys and go (we had to make a train), instead of accepting what i consider a reasonable request the redhaired incredebly rude receptionist gave me a lecture about not cutting the line. I would understand if there was a checkout procedure but the procedure was this: leave The key. Like come on….Well thanks to you we missed our train for absolutley no reason. If i could leave negative tips for you i would. Worst customer service i ever experienced.The hotel is also dirty, we constantly had bugs on our clothes. The Windows can open about 1cm and there is no aircondition which makes The airquality horrible. Dont stay here!
