I would have no hesitation...

Liked: The breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were quick to restock food that had run low, unlike another hotel I visited during my trip, the breakfast room was not being packed up 30 minutes before breakfast was over! The breakfast room gets a little crazy and busy between 7-8am, but the staff were amazingly patient with some demanding guests. I am always gobsmacking by how rude guests can be. The room I stayed in was great, clean and had everything I needed. Whilst it didn’t have a mini-fridge, the fridge in the breakfast room was available to put things in if needed. The staff were easily the most friendly staff of my 7 week trip to France and Switzerland. I was warmly welcomed and given time by reception when checking-in, everything explained well, and I felt that if I had any other questions they were more than approachable to ask. A big thank you for the chocolates left on my bed to wish me a happy birthday during my stay… little things like this make a wonderful difference.
Disliked: I am being picky, but my room was next to the stairs, and if guests were heavy footed, and some were, I could hear them thumping up and down the stairs.

Liked: Close to train station, ferry terminal and old town
Disliked: Unfortunately the weather was very hot and uncomfortable with no aircon

Really enjoyed my stay for...

Liked: Location of the hotel is excellent, close to train station and Old Town. Room was modern and well maintained and clean. Breakfast was free and many options to choose from.
Disliked: No a/c meant I had to open the windows, street noise is very loud, ear plugs required for sleep. Water pressure is strong in shower and tends to blow curtain out causing flood on bathroom floor.
