Value for money, highly recommended.

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect; just 5 mins walk from the train station and the Chapel Bridge while it is quiet at night. The room is a bit small but it is tidy, clean, and comfortable. The quality of the breakfast is good.
Disliked: The toilet is a bit small.

Exceptional Location and Great staff

Liked: The location was exceptional to the Lucerne HB Bahnoff Station literally 3 minutes walk. Also to the Old town, Chapel Bridge and ferry. Staff were exceptional and also the breakfast that was included in the price.
Disliked: Nil issues

Good enough

Liked: Hand written welcome card in my room made my day! Located just next to the city centre, clean and comfy.
Disliked: Breakfast could have wider selection. Tasty, but could be more to choose.

Good hotel to explore Lucerne...

Liked: Very close to the train station as well as old town. Plenty of eating options. No kettle in the room but able to get hot water, coffee and tea from the lounge anytime. Clean room and public lounge. Similar breakfast options as other Swiss hotels; my personal favorite as blueberries was available for cereal.
Disliked: Certain sections of the wood floor in my room are squeaky
