Disliked: The mattresses on the beds were too soft. The room on the ground floor had a low ceiling, and the window was in a skylight, where the floor starts from the window, giving you the feeling that you are in a basement, while it is higher up from the street.

Clean, basic hotel in an...

Liked: Location was central and excellent. It was clean and had a modern bathroom. Didn’t try the breakfast as there are many cafe’s in the area, which we preferred to have our breakfast in.
Disliked: I’ve marked it as 7 rather than an 8 solely because we were given a room on the ground floor next to reception. The room we had had no proper window or view. We looked out on a tarted up ventilation type shaft so not much natural light.

Liked: Location was pretty close to Albaicin and the City Center. The room was nice and clean.
Disliked: The receptionist lady asked me to give her my card and notes the dates...just in case Something happens.... I didn't like that at all. But, because my little child was in need of sleep i gave it to her.

Well-located, calm, secure and clean...

Liked: The hotel is located in a calm and secure area, just off the main street. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Great location within walking distance to the town center
Disliked: Unfortunately, the staff were neither helpful nor courteous. Mornings were disrupted by excessive noise starting at 8 am, seemingly intended to rush guests out before checkout time. Overall, their interaction with them and their behavior felt disrespectful and lacking in consideration for guests’ comfort.

Great hotel.

Liked: The bed is comfortable, the room is beautiful and spacious. The receptionist was helpful and nice.
Disliked: If i had to nitpick, it would be the location. But even so, it’s like a 10min walk to the cathedral.
