Liked: The room on our first visit was ok but we had a better room on our return visit. Having parking on site was brilliant

Great hotel in lovely city

Liked: The location was brilliant close to the train station and the staff were so nice it was a great few nights, the breakfast was a real bonus.
Disliked: I can't think of any negatives

Liked: Very good services. Location also good, near to city. Location is Center point of city. Market place & railway station is also near to Hotel Location.

Disliked: From the moment we walked in there seemed to have been communication issues. We were placed in a room right next to the elevator. Not only did we have to contend with the sound of the elevator all night. Also the sounds of the neighbouring guests from footsteps to voices to even the plumbing. There never seemed to be a moment of enough peace to allow one to fall asleep for even a few minutes. There were loud sounds in at every single moment. I have never experienced anything like this. The city streets seemed more tranquil than this hotel. This was actually written around 4AM as we couldn’t sleep due to banging noises not from lack of trying. Worst experience in an establishment
