We had the best time...

Liked: Lovely and friendly hotel.
Disliked: No fridge in the room.

Convenient and comfortable base for...

Liked: Great location close to Fisherman’s Wharf and the boat to Alcatraz. The hotel was cool with fun facilities for teens/kids, although we didn’t have time to experience most of them. Comfortable beds and rooms, all very clean. Well equipped gym and good value overall.
Disliked: We could hear the family in the room next door (there was a connecting door), although not a major issue. We had two rooms next to each other but no connecting door unfortunately but I appreciate this may have been unavoidable.

Not again

Liked: Location and parking
Disliked: No mini fridge in room, no coffee maker in room , no blankets or douvet on bed. . One gets these amenities even at basic courtyards and fairfield inns.

Old and not gold

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Dairy rooms, really noisy, noise comes from outside. Took the deposit which is not returned

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, we enjoyed the proximity to fisherman's wharf and the cable cars made exploring the city easy. The hotel has a small pool and we enjoyed the free games available downstairs. Really helpful desk staff and an immaculate room. You will need to pay extra if you want a fridge.

Bad

Disliked: Duty ,the bathroom was flooding water all over the floor. i couldn't take a shower. They showed up after 40 minutes, so bad for the price I paid

Very good

Liked: Lots of available activities and games at the hotel, bike hire and postcard. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Our room didn't have a great view, faced out towards a brick wall
