Liked: Rooms were comfortable and clean. Games room was fun for the kids and the hotel was in a good location.
Disliked: Being a family of 5, we had to book 2 rooms, unfortunately the hotel couldn't accomodate 2 rooms together for us which was disappointing since we booked several weeks in advance.Also would have liked some healthier options available for breakfast, even some bread/toast would be good.

Waking distance to everything in...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The lack of coffee machines in the room.

Nice Hotel, great location.

Liked: Hotel was in a great location. Quick and friendly check in. Room was comfortable and lovely smelling bathroom supplies. Room was cleaned daily ( unexpected ).Pool tables.
Disliked: No tea, coffee facilities in the room. Only offered in mornings. Daily rate / reservation fee applied even when didn't use facilities being charged for ( pool & gym ). $300 security deposit when booking.com states $150.

Almost a Golden Gate

Liked: Very nice position (close to Pier 39 and Golden Gate by car); rooms are big; the structure is well maintained, plenty of parking (not free).
Disliked: The cleaning is clearly not sufficient (we had hair in the bathroom since from day 1 to the end); the sound-proof of the rooms is scarce; every time you have to enter and leave the parking you have to wait for somebody who opens the gate because the key-card does not work; the price-quality is too high.

Amazing, would definitely be back
