Liked: Location
Disliked: No refrigerator or coffee in the room. Everything was an extra charge. Garbage trucks at 4:15 in the morning woke us up.

Very convenient position in San...

Liked: The location is excellent for all major must sees in San Francisco. There is a really cool vibe around the hotel and the staff are all really nice and very helpful. Sadly it was too cold to use the pool but it looked really good. Transport was so close by but many places were walkable.
Disliked: Noise is a big issue at the hotel, we could hear our neighbours conversation very clearly and them coughing. The windows rattling in the wind and were not double glazed so street noise and even people talking/shouting was heard in the room and we were on the 5th floor. It’s a city so to be expected I guess. The ac was also very loud we couldn’t keep ours on overnight. All stuff ear plugs can fix though!
