Disliked: Beds could be better, more comfortable.

Disliked: Tea/coffee facilities in the room would be helpful.

Sweet Spot in a super...

Liked: Place was excellent throughout. Staff, facilities, cleanliness, even smelled great in the lobby. Pool was refreshing, game room is a big plus as well.
Disliked: Parking fee is too excessive. Park across the street for 50% less

Disliked: Vent in the bathroom barely works. Air cooling/ heating system was extremely frustrating, with a loud fan. Lots of noise from the street. Would not stay here again despite its low price.

Not worth it.

Liked: The location was decent. A short walk from Fisherman's wharf and shops. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. But that is where it ends.
Disliked: They upgraded our room to a city view which was trash. The pool is what we saw and it was not worth it. Second, there was an iron, ironing board, refrigerator and coffee pot but on request. The maintenance guy dropped the fridge off and didn't bother plugging in the coffee pot. He kind of pointed to an outlet and left. The ironing board and iron you have to call for. Annoying.Lastly, the rooms were accessible by key card which was great but we had some random men from the pool trying to tag along with my mom and I upstairs with no key card. They didnt know what floor we were going on but they were along for the ride. I pretended not to be able to find my card and rushed off. Apparently, you can swim there with no key. I'm all set. I won't return.

Liked: Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are lots of things to do near the hotel and if you want to venture out there are lots of forms of transportation nearby. Our favorite was the trolley. The hotel has a nice game room and seating area to hang out in. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.
