An excellent value hotel with...

Liked: What was good:A very convenient location for sightseeing, right near the Zócalo subway station.The breakfast buffet was excellent.The staff were efficient and pleasant.
Disliked: What was not good:The facilities are old.There's no supermarket nearby (there are many souvenir shops).

Nice location, front desk staff...

Liked: Our room had a private patio which was nice
Disliked: It was a little hectic in the restaurant and outside around the hotel. The front desk staff were really slow and didn't let us check in until an hour after our check in time. The bell boy was extremely nice and helpful though.

Middle of the square relaxed...

Liked: The hotel is 7 mins from the main square. They have great service and staff is amazing and helpful. Would definitely come back

Very good

Liked: Great location to the historic center. Friendly staff and good service. Snacks and water were readily available. Rooms were clean and as advertised.
Disliked: Had trouble with the key cards. I had to get them re-activated 3 times which was frustrating. They were not kept near anything that would have deactivated them.
