Liked: The location is good – not far from the city center and easy to reach.
Disliked: There was no information provided in advance that the hotel is located within a ZBE (Low Emission Zone). We tried to call before our arrival to ask about this, but the staff member we spoke to only managed to mention that there is a parking lot nearby – no information was given regarding the ZBE access or requirements.Also, it seems that GDPR regulations are not properly followed here. Upon check-in, our passports – including those of our underage children – were taken and scanned without any explanation or consent. I believe the hotel should seriously reconsider how they handle personal data, especially when it involves minors.

Liked: Beautiful Hotel, staff member on reception was very efficient and pleasant, i think his name was Adrian- Very nice person. My room was ready as soon as I arrived. Would definitely recommend and stay again in Barcelona

Liked: A great 4 star Hotel. Check in and check out was smooth and very friendly. Thanks to Valery. Breakfast was delicious. Room was good in size. Cleaning was made everyday. A pleasant stay.

Liked: Lovely staff who were so friendly and helpful. The room was really comfy and clean with lots of nice ammenities. Great value for the breakfast buffet; fresh and tasty food. Perfect location not far from Las Ramblas. Really enjoyed my stay!
