Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Liked: The reception and cleaners - the only people we came in contact with - were very polite, and spoke very good English.The room was beautifully clean, and even had a weighing scales - perfect for weighing the luggage before returning home! Tea and Coffee facilities in the room and a good mini-bar. Plenty of sockets for electrical items. Separate toilet cubicle and shower cubicle with the sink outside of both. Great if you're there for a weekend break and don't want to have to wait for the other person to finish using one or the other so you can get out and explore the city.....
Disliked: The only issue I had was the shower. It was a great size, beautifully powerful but kept running freezing cold and then boiling hot intermittently. Since we only needed to use it once each day I didn't feel the need to complain or mention it at the time because everything else was excellent. It might be worth looking into though?

The best hotel I have...

Liked: I loved everything about it. All the staff were incredible from the reception, to the housekeeping, to the breakfast ladies. All were welcoming us with a smile and were always responsive. As for the room, we got the suite with the pool and it was absolutely incredible. The view was really good, the room was the same as advertised and up to standard. Surprised they are not 5 stars. I am definitely coming back.
