Good Value for Money at...

Liked: They offer a lot for the price. Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The area is not the best, but we did not experience any issues, even though we walked around late at night.

Great hotel

Liked: Great valueSpacious room with separate washroomVery close to downtown (15 mins walking) - And I never felt unsafe, even after 9pm walking around the hood, with lots of police presence in the area.

BIG ROACHES! NO REFUND for...

Liked: The stay was going well until the second day. I saw a very small bug on the sink.
Disliked: The next day there were 2 BIG ROACHES & I called the staff, packed my stuff and got a didi cab to another hotel. I messaged Booking.com and the hotel for refund of the days I had paid in advance but had to leave because of the BIG ROACHES and Neither RESPONDED. So they got paid for days I had to stay at another hotel. The staff did offer me another room but I declined and hurried out of Catalina at 1130pm on July 31st !
