Disliked: The room for 3 people was small. The beds were smaller than advertised. Room service were short on towels and glasses daily. Nostorage for clothes

Disliked: That in the breakfast was a small Cacrooch in the table!!when I asked to talk to the management the waitress said that the manager was not there yet, but the restaurant supervisor was (the cashier of the restaurant a girl) so he informed her about it, well until we finish our breakfast she did not come over to our table to apologize or to said anything. When we left we passed to her cashier and I was going to tell her about, but she very fast said..yes I know but don't worry I will make a report to the manager. And she don't even said something like I am sorry for the incident or something ...NOTHING like it was NORMAL TO FINE A CACROOCH IN THE BREAKFAST TABLE!!!

Great location but with no...

Liked: Great location. Noise travels throughout floor. Loud people talking could be heard at 5am. Wifi was not functional. This was the worse part. Such a basic amenity and they couldn't get it to work. This alone would prevent me from considering it or recoomending it.
Disliked: Location. Cleaning staff were great

Liked: The room was nice. The service was very good. The restaurant was whole the day open. And everybody was very helpfull.
