Amazing location, quiet facilities, comfortable...

Liked: Amazing location, the hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: The open bathroom floor plan made it really obvious for my friend and me to hear each other on the toilet lol. Also wifi was bad.

Beautiful casona near Guadalajara’s downtown

Liked: A beautiful “casona” very centrally located in Guadalajara. The rooms are beautiful! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The bed is so comfortable and I really slept like a baby. We used the hot tub and it was great after a long day of walking and sightseeing. It is really a great dog-friendly hotel.
Disliked: It would be nice if the toilet room was a bit more enclosed to allow for more privacy when using it

Liked: This three star hotel should be rated higher. It is very comfortable, modern, and clean. The courtyards are a huge bonus. It was a very relaxing place in a great location. No nightclubs nearby!
Disliked: My only complaint is that guests left beer bottles and cigarette stubs on the outside tables and no one cleaned them up. (My room was clean. Just not the common space.) What unkind person purposely leaves trash for others to throw out?
