Nice 2 week stay

Liked: I had a pleasant 2 week stay in Casa Monarca. I would stay there again

Centrally located in Puebla

Liked: The hotel is well located to visit Puebla and its surroundings. The room was very spacious, clean and also well-equipped with a mini-fridge, steamer, etc.What we didn't like that much, was that the room was quite humid and there was no option to let fresh air in. The terrace mentioned was tiny and also closed off on all sides, so we didn't really use it.The staff was friendly, but not interacting much.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They offered good advice for a day trip to Cholula and how to get a bus back to CDMX airport. The staff greeted us on each entry and even brought hot tea to our room several times. The inner enclosed courtyard is a relaxing space. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to many sites and shops. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Great location, very clean, comfortable...

Liked: Excellent location, less than a 10-min walk to the Zocalo, and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's restaurant has a wonderful menu at a great price point. Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable, and hotel staff were very kind. Would def stay here again!

Liked: Good value, large room, modern style. Little cafe downstairs is convenient.
Disliked: Street noise in the AM might bother some people.
