Comfortable 3-Star Stay with Delightful...

Liked: This hotel met my expectations for a standard 3-star property in Western Europe. Both the bedroom and bathroom were relatively spacious, even for the “Small” room type.The staff were friendly and accommodating. I arrived about an hour before check-in, and they kindly prepared the room early (I had messaged the hotel via Booking.com the day before, and while they said they could not guarantee it, they did their best).The location is convenient — just a 5-minute walk from the Main Train Station on a quiet and safe street — though it is in the opposite direction from the Cathedral and other attractions.Breakfast was a highlight, exceeding typical 3-star standards. I especially appreciated the freshly prepared coffee drinks (cappuccino, latte, etc.) and the hot food options, including eggs and meatballs, since many similar hotels only offer a basic continental spread. Their homemade berry juice was excellent — I had it both mornings!
Disliked: The room could use additional shelf space, and the bathroom could benefit from more counter space. One of the towels had a small but noticeable stain, which I didn’t like, though I didn’t bother requesting a replacement as my stay was short. The Wi-Fi was also less stable than in other hotels, and I had to switch to mobile data for 5-10 minutes one evening.

Liked: Proximity to Hbf and Dom; very good breakfast; well appointed room and bathroom.Handy to nearby and good value restaurants.
Disliked: Would have appreciated: in room tea/coffee-making facilities; room safe.
