Friendly staff, good food, great...

Liked: The staff here is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They are super accomodating, theyrecieved me at 2am with smiles and enthusiams. I didn't dine much here, but the molletes I had were amazing! They have an easy bag storage system if you want to head out even after you check out. The location is perfect for getting around Mexico City. I was relaxed and felt safe at this hotel. Definitely recommend
Disliked: There isn't much I didn't like but if i were to nitpick, this hotel seems to pull an older crowd so a little dull while I was there and the hotel is a bit older so the facilities are dated but these didn't detract from the experience at all
