Would definitely return to this...

Liked: Hotel was 2 blocks from main street and restaurants. Unfortunately, this trip they were redoing the main street with sidewalks and road so it was a little hard to get around and a lot of the shops were closed due to construction. When this is completed that area will be great. The hotel was great and everyone, including guests were friendly, also it was quiet.
Disliked: Like most places in Mexico, they could use a little more light in the bathroom and our room did not have hot water, other rooms said they had no problem.

Liked: The location was awesome and the accommodations were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location, friendly staff in...

Liked: The location was quite good as it was a short walk to the main town plaza and lake. Close to restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was good with some variety on different mornings.
Disliked: The bed was very soft although we prefer a firm bed. There were a lot of firecrackers (?) going off at the church which were quite annoying as they went late at night and early in the morning (6:00 AM). Could use dish soap for cleaning up the dishes.

Liked: Great location in the heart of Ajijic with lots of restaurants, boutiques and the main plaza within walking distance. Just blocks from the lake.
Disliked: Quaint hotel. Comfortable bed but the rooms are in desperate need of a facelift.
