Good location, but not very...

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: The first room they gave us was very smelly and we found lots of clipped nails on the carpet. It was not cleaned properly before we arrived. So, conplaun and they gave us another room not so smelly. There is a tiny window, and it hardly opens. Not again!!

Liked: We liked the friendly and helpful staff, the room and the hotel facilities especially the laundry room.. was very helpful. Breakfast is ok, but not wow.
Disliked: The summer is hot but there is no A/C in the room. had to keep the small window open all night long.

A really comfortable and convenient...

Liked: I LOVED the view from the room!!! I also loved the staff friendliness and fact that you can have a light, simple meal any time of the day, either in the restaurant or coffee bar. It was very convenient to be able to buy some items from the lobby downstairs. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop bar!!!
Disliked: The only 2 minor things I could say are that the pillows could have been better, especially one of them which was somewhat lumpy. Also, maybe some black tea bags and milk for us English ladies would have been very appreciated (I took a walk to Lidl the first evening especially).
