Liked: Fabulous location. Great air conditioning
Disliked: Strange had to give key to staff every time left property. Tv didn’t work but resolved quickly. Very strange shower that you had to hold in your hand as no fitting to put shower head high enough to shower? Very strange. Also soap and shampoo dispensers gives next to nothing.

Liked: We left our luggage and did not pay any fee. The hotel location is great. The staff is friendly.
Disliked: The twin double rooms are small. There is limited space for selling clothes.

Nice place in the Old...

Liked: Excellent location in the middle of the Old Harbour. My room on 5th floor was still quiet and also very comfortable.
Disliked: Elevator was broken when I arrived and again the following morning. Staff could’ve mentioned something about strike and public transportation not functioning when checking out.

Would stay here again without...

Liked: Much better than expected for a 3 star hotel. The location was perfect 1 min walk from the harbour and underground. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We were on floor 5 with a balcony with just a sea glimpse. As we were here for an action packed (seeing Ed Sheeran at the Velodrome) it was the perfect place to stay. Staff lovely couldn’t fault them. We had breakfast on the last day and it was great value, hot and cold foot and plenty of drinks.
Disliked: As others have said room was tiny but has everything you need and bed was really comfortable. Super clean too.

Disliked: Mosquito in my room.

Comfortable depends on room

Liked: I liked the room concept of the property, and the location was very convenient. The metro and the port were very close.
Disliked: There was no refrigerator or personal safe in the room.
