Pleasent stay!

Liked: Super clean, large and comfortable room. Amazing staff, nice and helpful. Decent breakfast and decent location and well connected to the center. Definitely recommended.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the rooms and nice staff.

Liked: A lovely, clean hotel. Great breakfasts. Very well situated - an easy walk from Vienna main railway station and a slightly longer walk to Belvedere Palace. The metro ( Keplerplatz) was five minutes walk from the hotel and three stops away from Stephansplatz. Very friendly staff especially the guys at the reception desk who were happy to make me a pot of tea in the afternoons - thank you so much. I also recommend Piazza Columbo nearby for an evening meal.

Liked: It was a nice stay, the room was clean and spacious, the bed and bath were big and comfortable. The staff were great and informative. We enjoyed our time here!
Disliked: The breakfast didn't have a lot of variation but what they had was good so it wasn't a big of a deal.

Lovely Hotel - Would Recommend

Liked: We arrived on the day of our 40th wedding anniversary, and I'd asked for chocolates and wine to be put in the room for arrival . They were there so I was really pleased. Rooms spacious, hotel clean and tidy throughout. Nice breakfast. Just a short walk to U Bahn to get into central Vienna. Would highly recommend.

Not elegant nor charming but...

Liked: Breakfast and the breakfast rooms were very good, with the usual cold cuts and cheeses. More kinds of cereal would have been welcome. The beds were nice and firm and the duvets etc very nice. Very large safe which, unfortunately, didn't work. Very good location, not so pretty but with good transport links to the palaces, the airport coaches and coach links to Slovakia. Trams and metro an excellent system for getting around of a 3-day rover ticket.
Disliked: Our room was fine but slightly dowdy when compared with the public areas, which were much more modern. Our safe would not lock and it took 2 days to repair, by which time we had left. In favour, they dod offer to change our room to get a working safe, but it would have wasted too much time so we declined.
