Good place for the price...

Liked: It's a nice place would stay again
Disliked: It doesn't have hot breakfast as people said was the only let down rooms was a little small but not to bad

Disliked: Everything else!!! The room stinks, no balcony, microwave didn't work hardly, tiny TV, tiny fridge, have to use the same towels and wash clothes over and over your entire stay!! Bad service! No breakfast besides a granola bar or fruit!!

Disliked: My bed was a little hard, and paint was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, and water pressure from the shower was weak. Curtains didn't close all the way for some reason

Liked: It was a good location. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: My stay was supposed to have breakfast included and also a “grab and go”, but there was only grab and go. I was not notified that the dining area would be closed, so I had to go buy breakfast from somewhere else. The wait time at the front desk was long. Someone in the room next to us was smoking marijuana even though they’re non smoking rooms, which we tried to get someone at the front desk to notify about that as we had a 1yo and a 9yo in our room, but they had to help other guests that had also been waiting for a long time. Our air conditioner was not working properly, I had the fan set to “high” and “always on” and it kept turning off but it did blow cold. Our mini fridge didn’t have a freezer door. When I was trying to check out after our 2 night stay, it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk (I heard them talking in the back room to the side of the front desk), one other woman was ahead of me and said she had been waiting for about 5 minutes before I came up. She rang the bell and they came up about 2 minutes after that. After they helped her with her card issue she was having, they walked back to the room without helping me! So I had to wait again for another couple of minutes. Then as she’s checking me out, she STOPPED helping me to help someone else! I had to wait AGAIN! Lastly, a few hours after I left, I get a call from the hotel while I’m on a dolphin cruise. I answered because I thought I must’ve accidentally left something. But she asked if I took one of their towels.. I told her that our room only had 3 towels and I didn’t take any. She told me to check my bags because they were missing one and sometimes people get it mixed up in their laundry, I told her that our clothes and towels were never in the same area as we kept the towels in the bathroom and I know for a fact that I put all 3 in the bag and put it outside of our door as per the instructions when I checked in. She said to check again because they’re missing one.

Disliked: Their ice machines were broken, so we had little to no ice during our stay. I feel they should have purchased bags of ice, so they would have it available for guests.
