Liked: The staff gave us a room overlooking the bike racks because they knew we were renting bikes for our stay. That was very thoughtful. I really liked the small sand area out front for kids. We did not have kids with us this time but we have kids and thought that was a great idea.
Disliked: None of the ice machines worked. We had some issues with our key cards not working after our first day stay and there were a couple of doors where the key cards did not work to open them when it should have. It was malfunctioning.

Disliked: The general manager lives on site and really ruined our stay. She harassed us every time we tried and use there “Walmart bought” basketball goal and made us feel like we were not welcome. I booked the reservation thru booking.com and paid thru that site. Not once did I give the staff my credit card and she went and looked it up from booking.com and double charged me. It took weeks and several phone calls to corporate to get the charge dropped. Overall I would have to say this cannot be the only bad review this general manager has gotten. When I was checking out she came out and rudely took over and finished checking us out. When she walked to the back I told the nice staff member I would be making a compliant on her and the staff member literally said thank you and that she treated them horribly. I could tell that she treated her staff terrible and I’m sure that place would be much better off with someone who understood the concept of hospitality in the hospitality field!!!! Really awful experience bc of the general manager of this site.
