Disliked: Booking.com beware-There is no breakfast-this is a lie. There are cereal bars and cruddy fruit. Outdated decor, TV did not work. The kids were miserable. We arrived the first day late- but notified the front desk immediately of our intentions that evening and left in the morning. The front desk staff was atrocious. They were angry and offended we were disappointed with the amenities. They refused to refund for the remaining nights though we stayed at another hotel. We still have not resolved the issue. Neither the hotel nor booking.com will respond.

Liked: Tv remote was broken, bed was stiff, my fiancé just had back surgery so he couldn’t sleep, the night staff was rude and unwelcoming, and breakfast was advertised.
