This was a first class...

Liked: The property was great, well maintained and roomy. The appointments were of quality and good taste. We had a traditional room which we enjoy. The more modern rooms were not what we were looking for. It is a beautiful historic hotel

Very comfortable

Liked: Perfect location for walking around Bilbao. Very well served by public transport, especially the metro and the airport bus departs and arrives just a couple of metres from the hotel. The reception area of the hotel is delightful, very impressive. Our room was very spacious and comfortable: likewise our large double bed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. A very nice, and slightly luxurious, finish to our Camino trek.
