Disappointing

Liked: It was clean and size was good as well
Disliked: The room was very cold, it would have been nice if the staff has turned on the wall heaters before our arrival. As we arrived late at night and the room was very cold and it took a while the room to heat as the heaters were oil heaters which take time to warm up.

Liked: The location of Carlton Mill is brilliant - so close to Strawberry Fare Restaurant makes it super convenient and the meals are delicious and their staff are super friendly. I love crossing the road to walk in Hagley Park, such a beautiful park, and the closeness to the city centre. Onsite free parking is a real bonus too. Our room was also perfect - clean, comfy bed and all the amenities you need. Real value for money.
