Liked: Perfect location as so close to the venue I was going to attend. Staff at the reception on our arrival was exceptional,very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I was welcomed on arrival and was able to have earlier access to my room.The room was always toastie warm

Liked: Central location, comfy room, great having a balcony so I could get fresh air without leaving the building
Disliked: Bath cracked and the shower leaked water all over the corner of the bathroom floor. It took me ages to mop it up. I used two big towels in the unit. There was so much water in the corner it went behind the toilet, and all around the toilet brush holder etc. The room felt a bit old and tired, yet still comfortable!
