Fantastic location with good cost-benefit

Liked: The hotel was really close to Alhambra and the Albaicin neighborhood. Both are fantastic point of Granada. The room was cosy, it had AC which was very helpful and the bathroom was spacious.
Disliked: I think the towels provided by the hotel could be better. Some towels presented some stains, that certainly where there due to previous use and could not be removed. The hotel provided us with new ones, which was great.

Overall very good but the...

Liked: Overall management and the experience in the hotel was very good.
Disliked: Insulation of the door, I could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. That did not give feeling of privacy and disrupted my sleep

A nice spot to stay...

Liked: Location was great- walking distance to everything (although not terribly close)
Disliked: The room was very dark - it really could have used overhead lighting. Parking is expensive...

Hotel Carlos V- great value...

Liked: Hotel Carlos V was located at a very central spot. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious, and the large bathroom was the best part. Breakfast was basic but decent. Great value for money.
Disliked: The only minor problem we had was the noise of the air conditioning. It could be disturbing while sleeping.
